A: We are direct carbon‑bicycle components manufacturer based in Xiamen, China. All carbon rims, wheelsets are produced in‑house. OEM & Private‑label services are supported.

**Q2: What is your MOQ?**
A: Stock standard wheelsets: MOQ 1‑2 sets for trial order.
OEM custom logo / decals: MOQ starts from 20 pairs.
Full ODM new mould development will have separate MOQ requirement.

**Q3: Can I get samples before bulk order?**
A: Yes, sample wheels or rims are available for quality checking. Sample cost and freight will be quoted separately.

**Q4: What carbon fiber material do you use?**
A: We adopt genuine Toray T700 / T800 carbon fiber prepreg for our carbon rims and wheelsets.

**Q5: What brake system do your carbon wheels support?**
A: Mainly disc brake (Center‑lock & 6‑bolt). We have road, gravel, MTB, all‑rounder, aero wheels options.

**Q6: Are your wheels tubeless ready?**
A: Yes, most of our rim profiles are tubeless‑ready, compatible with tubeless tires and tubeless tape.

**Q7: What’s your production lead‑time?**
A: Standard stock items: 7‑15 working days.
OEM / Private label orders: 20‑30 working days after deposit received.
New ODM mould: 45‑60 working days.

**Q8: Payment terms you accept?**
A: T/T (50% deposit, balance before shipment). Large order supports L/C at sight. Sample orders accept PayPal.

**Q9: What certifications can you provide?**
A: We can provide ISO 4210 safety test reports. UCI‑compliant versions are available upon request.

**Q10: What is your warranty policy?**
A: 2‑year warranty for manufacturing defects (rim crack, hub failure, non‑human damage). Warranty does not cover crash, impact or improper installation damage.

**Q11: Can you custom logo, graphics and packaging?**
A: Yes. Custom decals, laser logo, custom retail box are available for OEM orders.
